The Source By Wolfgang Puck Celebrates Its Second Anniversary With A Wine Dinner Honoring Robert Mondavi
To celebrate its second anniversary, master chef Wolfgang Puck will host a special wine dinner at The Source, paying tribute to the legacy of the iconic American vintner, Robert Mondavi. Chef Puck will be joined by Margrit Mondavi, wife of the late Mondavi, for this four-course dinner, which will be held on Monday, October 12th at 7 p.m.
Priced at $195 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity, the evening will kick off with a cocktail reception featuring local Virginia wines from Kluge Estate Winery. The dinner will feature exceptional vintages from the Mondavi winery, including perfectly mature bottles such as the 1978 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve and the 1983 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve.
Chef Puck and Executive Chef Scott Drewno will serve an Asian-inspired feast, including dishes like the Tuna Tartare in sesame-miso cones, Smoked salmon pizza and Shanghai Lobster with crisp spinach and golden coconut curry sauce.
