Southampton Ales & Lagers Will Be Featured At The 3rd Annual Sausage & Beer Dinner At Blue Hill At Stone Barns

Southampton Ales & Lagers of The Southampton Publick House will be featured at the 3rd Annual Sausage & Beer Dinner at Blue Hill at Stone Barns on Sunday, January 27th. Southampton Ales & Lagers will join Blue Hill chefs Adam Kaye and Josh Lawler as well as local farmers and other artisanal brewers, Captain Lawrence of Pleasantville and Kelso of Brooklyn, for a special menu featuring fresh and cured sausages and meats, all paired with a local selection of locally brewed beers. Southampton Ales & Lagers will be pouring their new seasonal Biere de Garde and '07 vintage Grand Cru. The cost of the evening is $150 plus tax and gratuity.
