Hell demonstrate his mastery as an artist and chef with an inspired six-course tasting menu paired with a brilliant selection of sakes, showcasing the unique flavors and aromas of this most mysterious yet popular drink. Tanaka will enlighten patrons with his stunning presentations of food and sake, as well as his thoughtful pairingsfrom the light and fragrant Dewazakura Oka (ginjo) paired with his assorted appetizers course to a crisp, aromatic sake to the Kishi no Kanbai Muku (junmai) a deep ressonant classic sake and the Kamoizumi Shusen (junmai) - a big-boned sake that is served warm, both perfectly paired with Makos Braised Wagyu Shank, Shiitake Mushrooms, with Black Bean Sauce.
