SPIAGGIA CHEF/PARTNER TONY MANTUANO CELEBRATES SPRING WITH AN INTERACTIVE,
SPARKLING VINO COOKING CLASS
SATURDAY, APRIL 1, 2006

CHICAGO (March 22, 2006) - On Saturday, April 1, Chef/Partner Tony Mantuano
and invites patrons to join him and his culinary team as he leads the first
Interactive Cooking Class of 2006 in the Private Dining Rooms of Spiaggia
(980 N. Michigan Avenue, 3rd Floor). Ideal for friends, families and
business associates, the interactive class will take place from 11:30 a.m.
to 2 p.m. and will provide a distinct opportunity to socialize over a
creatively prepared three-course menu and bubbly for all.

During the event, each table will nominate one lucky guest to follow Chef
Mantuano as he conducts a lively, on-stage demonstration of the lunch menu.
With the guidance of one of Spiaggia's culinary experts, each new "chef"
will prepare the dishes along with Chef Mantuano and cook lunch for the rest
of the table...promising an energetic, and tasty, afternoon!

The class includes lunch and plenty of sparkling wine for all. The cost to
attend is $75 per person. A signed copy of The Spiaggia Cookbook is
available for an additional $30. Space is limited. For reservations, guests
