Spigola Ristorante Announces Special Holiday Party, Hours And Menu

Spigola Ristorante is offering a special holiday party, menu, and hours for both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Patrons can join in a special dining selection on these days, featuring a traditional Christmas Eve 'Feast of the Seven Fish,' as well as early and late seating menus for New Year's Eve.

The Christmas Eve dinner will be held on Thursday, December 24, 2009. The restaurant will open at 1:00 p.m., and the last reservation will be for 8:00 p.m. The Feast of the Seven Fish will be offered, which includes an all-seafood meal of soup, salad, ravioli, fried fish, whole fish, and other assorted varieties of seafood. In addition, a limited version of the ala carte dinner menu will be available. Spigola will be featuring special appetizers, salads, and entrees that include traditional fried baccala and baccala salad, lobster ravioli, linguini pescatore, pan-seared sea scallops, strascinati with veal and porcini mushrooms, Chilean sea bass and filet mignon.

There will be two menus available for New Year's Eve diners, at both the early and late seating. The early dinner menu will be served at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00, 6:30, 7:00, and 7:30 p.m. and will feature entrees that include lobster tail, filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, linguini Capri, scaloppini Palermo, and chicken Modena. The late dinner menu will be offered at 9:00 p.m. and will feature such entrees as lobster tail, filet mignon, twin petite filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, and stuffed veal chop saltimbocca.

Spigola is also holding a New Year's Eve party that starts at 10:00 p.m. The party will feature entertainment, and a variety of champagne will be available. Premium champagnes, such as Vevue Clicquot, Vevue Clicquot Rose, Dom Perignon, and Louis Cristal are available for pre-ordering.
