Star Chefs, Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller And Jerome Bocuse Visit Culinary Institute Lenotre
Culinary Institute LeNotre threw a world class reception on Friday, September 28th 2012, to welcome Star Chefs, Daniel Boulud, Thomas Keller and Jerome Bocuse. Houston's haute society, philanthropists, students and alumni gathered to applaud Marie's official Knighting by Daniel Boulud. Marie and Alain LeNotre toured the campus with the Chefs, who posed for photos and chatted with the students in the cuisine and pastry labs as well as the school restaurant, Kris Bistro.
All three Chefs addressed the students, stretching the importance of staying focused with their school and careers to become successful. Everyone was moved by the Chefs words, reminding the friendship and passion Gaston LeNotre, Alain's late father and Paul Bocuse, Jerome's father, shared for the culinary arts. Following the ceremony and book signing by Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud (all books sold out that evening), the champagne flowed and the spectacular buffet served had all the guests raving and ranting.
