Stefano Zimei Appointed Chef At Hotel @ Mit

Stefano Zimei has been appointed Executive Chef at the Hotel @ MIT in Cambridge. Previously he was the chef at Gallia, and formerly chef at the Federalist at XV Beacon Hotel, Rowes Wharf, Aquitaine, and Harvest. He plans a mediterranean/frecnch influenced menu with a tapas style bar menu .
