Justin Lane Briggs designs and helms the bar program at highly regarded Brooklyn restaurants, most notably Applewood and James, in addition to beverage, wine and food consulting in Manhattan. His drinks have appeared in TimeOut NY and have received accolades in print and at cocktail events around the city. In his rare spare time, Justin writes about performance art, food & drink for Frank151 and performs onstage himself about once a year. He lives in Park Slope.
