Sunday Summer Menu Specials At Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina
Montauk Yacht Club Resort & Marina offers a full day of menu specials each Sunday through Labor Day Weekend. The day starts with a generous $14.95 breakfast buffet at Breezes Caf� leading to $2-$5 drinks and $2 oysters to be enjoyed al fresco with live afternoon entertainment. A $29.95 three-course prix fixe dinner at the Lighthouse Grill, with fine dining selections from Executive Chef Jared Potter, tops off the day.
The $14.95 breakfast buffet at Breezes Caf�, from 7 - 11 a.m., includes a choice of eggs, waffles, French toast, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and juice.
The afternoon specials at Breezes Caf� are frozen raspberry margaritas at $5; Coors Light Pints at $2; and oysters on the half shell at $2. Also from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. is live music from the Chuck "E" Band featuring reggae, country, 70's, 80's, 90's and today's hits.
At the Lighthouse Grill, from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., the $29.95 three-course prix fixe dinner features fine dining selections from Executive Chef Jared Potter. Among the starters are artichoke stuffed filo roll; grilled beef skewers with cipollini onions, grape tomatoes and a spicy dipping sauce; or jumbo shrimp cocktail. Among the entr�e selections are a house-aged ribeye steak with creamy herb risotto, Hampton Brussels and Cabernet reduction; freshly caught cod grilled and served with Mornay sauce and Satur Farm fingerling potatoes Florentine; and fresh linguini with local tomatoes, creamed Catapano Dairy Farm goat cheese, spinach and crab meat. Desserts range from strawberry shortcake with freshly whipped cream and marinated strawberries; and chocolate molten cake with vanilla and raspberry coulis; to apple pie with vanilla bean sauce.
