Sunset Caf� Goes Green

Sunset Caf� will host a Hamptons Green Drinks gathering Thursday, August 14th from 6 to 9 p.m. Admission is $5 or a donation of school supplies can be made to the needy children in the local community. The Sunset Caf� will also be serving complimentary organic finger foods (guests can also order from the menu) as well as a special drink: The Green Gatsby (created by Jeremy Shaw exclusively for the Sunset Cafe). The Green Gatsby is made with a crisp and clean organic cucumber vodka martini featuring the merest hint of dill and lemon.

Held monthly the Hamptons Green Drinks Gatherings has brought together hundreds of environmental business people, professionals, advocates, officials, educators and people just interested in learning from all over Long Island to share experiences, learn, collaborate, discuss, grow and have a really good time.

Sunset Caf� is a quick service, casual cafe featuring healthy, new American, organic baked goods, breakfasts, salads, wraps, sandwiches, soups, chili and afternoon treats. Also serves fine, organic grown coffees, cappuccinos and numerous coffee concoctions. Sunset Caf� also offers free Wi-Fi Internet access. The Caf� is open 7 days a week. Monday through Thursday they are open from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
