Drawing culinary inspiration from its tri-cultural coalition, this month, SUSHISAMBA will launch a hand roll section that incorporates quinoa, a superfood native to Peru. The quinoa hand rolls will be the first of its kind available in SUSHISAMBA restaurants nationwide. Offering sushi aficionados an exciting - and healthier - new alternative to rice, SUSHISAMBA continues to transform the scope of 'sushi' with these ingredient-driven temaki, including:

Yasai avocado, snow pea shoot, sweet potato tempura, sweet soy 7.00
In addition to this exclusive temaki trio, SUSHISAMBA guests may choose from a selection of traditional maki and sushi combinations to be made as quinoa hand rolls, including spicy tuna, eel and avocado, spicy scallop and more.
