Sushisamba Launches Kids Menu

SUSHISAMBA LAUNCHES BACK-TO-SCHOOL MENU FOR KIDS
New Menu Offers Healthy Meals for Tots in a Specially-Designed Bento Box

For Immediate Release - New York, NY - Just in time for back-to-school, global restaurant group SUSHISAMBA will debut a new menu aimed specifically for children in September 2008. The $12, multi-course-menu is aimed at kids aged 12 and under and pairs all of the major food groups for a nutritious meal that's delicious and affordable. From soy crayons to kid-friendly, take-home chopsticks, no detail is spared to guarantee young diners a great beginner's experience.

The Baby Bento is anything but baby food and contains a healthy selection of grilled organic chicken, steak or salmon served with purple potato mash, veggie roll and seasonal fruit. Other child-friendly options include Samba Sliders (Two Mini-Burgers with Sweet Potato Fries and Seasonal Fruit) for a fun take on the traditional burger or Sushi Bites, which make for a perfect and easy introduction to sushi. A choice of fresh juices such as the Coco Leite (Coconut Milk, Pineapple and Mango Juice) or the Blueberry Splash (Blueberries, Guava and Lime Juice) are a refreshing complement to wash down the meal.

All entrees come with a choice of dessert; Japanese Mochi (Japanese Ice Cream Bon-Bons Sprinkled with Candy Confetti) to a decadent Samba Sundae (Chocolate Brownie with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Dipping Sauce and a Mini-Strawberry Cake).

SUSHISAMBA offers inventive fare that unites bold Brazilian flavors, precise Japanese technique and traditional Peruvian culinary traditions on one plate. In addition to the Las Vegas debut, SUSHISAMBA has outposts in New York, Chicago, Miami, and Tel Aviv. Please see www.sushisamba.com for more information.
