Table Service Now Available At Pastabreak
PastaBreak, Tony Mays innovative fast food pasta concept, has added table service. Diners can now enjoy PastaBreaks signature high quality, inexpensive pastas and soups while receiving the high level of service Tony May is known for.
All pastas and soups will be served on china, and flatware will be used instead of plastic utensils. I felt that people working in Times Square area wanted a less casual dining option, but still would like the opportunity to have table service, said Tony May. A 12% service charge will be added to each check.
PastaBreak is the first gourmet Italian fast-food pasta restaurant in the US with the ability to deliver a high-quality gourmet pasta dish in under 90 seconds for as little as $3.99 a serving, using proprietary technology developed in Italy. Guests can choose from more than ten shapes of restaurant quality pasta (from spaghetti to ravioli to gnocchi), which can be topped with one of the eight or more sauces that include such Italian favorites as Alfredo, tomato basil, white clam and Bolognese. All pastas and tomato-based sauces are imported from Italy. An array of panini, salads, soups and desserts round out the menu. Salads and sandwiches are made fresh throughout the day, with breads from Tom Cat Bakery. Wine, beer, soda and coffee are also served.
PastaBreak is located at 235 West 42nd Street, between 7th and 8th Avenues. The 99-seat location is open every day from 11am until midnight for lunch, afternoon coffee, dinner, and late-night snacking.
