A Taste Of Authentic Spain At New York's Dean & Deluca Soho Store

From the 25th to the 29th of October the leading gourmet purveyor Dean & DeLuca is celebrating 'Authentic Spain', authentic food tasting from six companies from Spain whose quality products are sold in the exclusive Dean & DeLuca stores of New York and Washington. The audience attending this event will be able to enjoy the best of Spanish Cuisine prepared by chefs of well-known Spanish restaurants in NYC & DC.
In New York City the delicious small plates typical of Spain -tapas- won't be missing: either with chorizo, from the hand of Chef Anthony Sasso of Casa Mono; or with anchovies, cooked by Chef Seamus Mullen from Tertulia. In addition, Spanish food lovers will be able to feast on one of the Spanish plates par excellence, paella, that will be prepared by chef Joseph Coronado from Socarrat. As a perfect finale there will be a celebration of Spanish products both in NYC and DC, with food from Taberna del Alabardero's Chef Javier Romero in the latter.
This is a unique opportunity to taste the gastronomy of Spain, a country where food is not just food but culture too.
