Tellers Toasts Diners On Its 9th Anniversary

Tellers Chophouse celebrates its ninth anniversary from Monday, August 4 to Thursday, August 7 from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m. by inviting diners who savor a dinner entr�e to taste unlimited wine selections.

In addition to the highly regarded chophouse menu, offering a broad flavor profile of beef selections and surf and turf entr�e combinations, Executive Chef Alan Kwan will prepare a la carte seafood specials. Among them will be avocado and lobster Napoleon with a yuzu ponzu sauce; Hawaiian yellow-tail and Maine crab with a mango-lemon ponzu and shiso; and saut�ed swordfish with mussels, carrots and fingerling potatoes accompanied by a shellfish broth.

In keeping with its reputation for fine wine, signaled by a 10,000-bottle vault featuring over 700 international labels, Tellers will offer diners ordering a dinner entr�e to unlimited tastings of selected wines.
