There Is Something New In The Waters At Zephyr On The Charles Restaurant!

Greetings from Hyatt Regency Cambridge....there is something new in the waters at Zephyr on the Charles restaurant!

Making its recent debut, the New England Seafood Market features a lively atmosphere of food and fun with new interactive dining showcasing the best of New England's bounty by our resident Fishmonger and Raw Bar Chef.

On display for selection will be delectable hand-picked shellfish along with an abundance of local seasonal fish straight from the Gloucester Bay day dock. Diners can then watch as the culinary artisans create gourmet dishes using rustic New England specialty ingredients.

The New England Seafood Market at Zephyr on the Charles features the following selections:

- Oyster Flight Tasting with three distinct styles of oysters from the area waters featuring our signature lemon horseradish granite and classic accompaniments
- Freshly Steamed Gulf Shrimp in the rough tossed with old bay seasoning lemons and a selection of funky hot sauces
- Iced Little Neck Clams on the half shell with peppercorn mignonette
- Steamed Acadian Mussels with coconut milk and lemon grass
- New England Clam Chowder with Westminster Oyster Crackers
- Grilled Calamari Salad with Peppadew Peppers

In addition to the New England Seafood Market, diners can select from an a la carte dinner menu featuring a one and a half pound Lobster, Gloucester Bay day Boat Fish and Grilled Rib Eye Steaks. Making this delicious experience even more festive is live contemporary jazz playing for all diners.

The New England Seafood Market will run every Friday evening from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. The full menu is priced at $43.00 per person. Zephyr diners receive three-hour complimentary parking at the hotel's garage.
