A Toast To 1st Anniversary Prime- An American Kitchen And Bar
Prime - an American Kitchen and Bar announces five evenings of wine dinners to celebrate the restaurant's first anniversary from Monday, November 5 to Friday, November 9. Each night, Executive Chef Richard Farnabe will create a $50 per person, three-course dinner that will be paired with unlimited glasses of wine from producers such as: Silver Oak, Joseph Phelps, Heitz Cellars, Cartlidge and Brown, Rodney Strong, Silverado, Orin Swift, BV Perrier-Jouet, Clarendelle, Louis Jadot, Phelan Segur, Banfi, Arnaldo-Caprai, Movia, Fontodi, Oddero, Massolino, and Firriato. The anniversary menu is as follows:
FIRST
*Prime Salad
With mesclun greens, warm goat cheese, apple wood-smoked bacon and balsamic vinaigrette
*Tuna Tartar
With sesame oil, and lemon crispy lotus root chips
*Risotto
With mixed wild mushrooms, Arborio rice, Parmesan and white true oil
SECOND
*The Wellington
Filet mignon, Saint Andr� Brie, wild mushrooms and spinach
*Chilean Sea Bass
With Chinese long beans, baby bok-choi ponzu and a miso-glaze
*Veal Loin Parmesan
Parmesan and semolina-crusted pennette, prosciutto and a Marsala reduction
