(Las Vegas, Nev.) Food & Beverage Magazine� launched its 2012 December issue with the beautiful and talented Chef Carla Pellegrino on the cover. Known around the world for her culinary expertise, Chef Pellegrino is currently the Executive Chef of Meatball Spot at Town Square and the Executive Chef and Owner of Bratalian Neapolitan Cantina.
Chef Pellegrino speaks about her restaurants, her goals and her role in the food and beverage industry in an exclusive interview with Food & Beverage Magazine� publisher Michael Politz.
