Trattoria Simpatico Hires New Executive Chef

Trattoria Simpatico located in Jamestown, R.I. on beautiful Narragansett Bay has hired Award winning chef Kevin Gaudreau. Gaudreau formerly of the critically acclaimed Riverwalk Cafe in Providence, R.I. has signed on as new Executive Chef and Partner with owner Phyliss Bedard. Gaudreau will continue to own and operate "Riverwalk Cafe", in Providence, but will focus his talent and energy on transforming Trattoria Simpatico into one of the states finer destination restaurants.Gaudreau has worked in California, Maryland, and most recently in New York City prior to returning to his home state. Insiders say that he is definetly one of the states young stars to keep your eye on.
