Triomphe Restaurant Hosts "the Great Write-off" Dinner Tuesday, April 17

Forget saving that beloved tax return or putting it towards a tropical vacation that will never happen, spend it in one night. In honor of Tax Day on April 16th, Midtown's favorite restaurant, Triomphe is hosting an extravagant 12 course tasting dinner with wine pairings the following day on April 17th from 5:30pm-10pm for $1040 per person. Yes, you read that right.

The tasting menu might empty your pockets but fill your stomach and dazzle your eyes with the most exquisite delicacies prepared by Executive Chef Jason Tilmann, including:

Ossetra caviar with traditional accountrments
Abalone crudo, shaved fennel, lemon pollen
Oyster tapioca, pickled pearl onion mignonette
Blue fin toro belly, dark soy glaze, short grain rice crumbs
Sea urchin, crisp cucumber spaghetti
Hand-picked morel risotto, creme fraiche
Caramelized foie gras, toast, ramp jam
Roasted lobster tail, mango, beet, avocado, sauterne butter
Classic dover sole "meuniere"
Spring Colorado lamb rack, pea greens, port wine
Wagyu, zucchini blossom, toasted brown butter, ginger
Grand manier souffle, creme anglaise
Petit fours

A reservation is required by Friday, April 13th and can be made through Robyn Lynn at 212-453-4211. A 50% deposit is also required with a Credit Card Authorization to guarantee the reservation (and that you are in fact a big spender.)
