VALENTINE’S DAY COMES TO TOSCANA AND BAR TOSCANA WITH DISHES TO SHARE, FLUTES OF CHAMPAGNE AND A COCKTAIL FROM CUPID

Chefs Hugo Vasquez, Justino Quirino Create Dishes Meant for Sharing; Toast to Romance with William Perbellini’s “Cuore Rosa” Cocktail

Restaurateurs Mike and Kathie Gordon present a Valentine’s Day holiday in Brentwood with special dishes created by their long time chefs Hugo Vasquez (Toscana) and Justino Quirino (Bar Toscana) celebrating lovers and romance around the world. Along with each restaurant’s extensive à la carte menus, Toscana and Bar Toscana will feature decadent specialties to help bring romance to the dinner table.

Valentine’s Day dinner specials at Toscana include a Butter Lettuce Salad with Lobster; House-Made Pappardelle with Rabbit Ragu'; Risotto with Red Mullet and Caviar; a Whole Grilled Branzino or a NY Steak Grilled in the Toscana Wood-Burning Oven, both served to be shared by two.

At Bar Toscana, begin with Mixologist William Perbellini’s Valentine cocktail, the CUORE ROSA – a medley of fresh raspberry and lime spiked with lavender gin and St. Germaine, served over a rose petal ice cube. Chef Quirino adds a Seared Scallops with Cannellini Beans and Chives and a tender Filet Mignon with Barolo to the menu of shared plates. For dessert there is a tempting homemade Mille Foglie with Strawberries.

Both restaurants will feature Sommelier Emily Johnston’s selection of Billecart Salmon Brut Champagne by the half bottle, ideal for beginning the evening with a toast.
