About the Authors
Mark Reinfeld is the founder and executive chef of the Blossoming Lotus restaurant in Kauai. He holds a Masters degree in Holistic Nutrition from the Clayton School and has been developing gourmet vegan cuisine for over 10 years.

Bo Rinaldi has been a natural food chef for over 40 years. After a successful career in Silicon Valley, California, Bo decided to dedicate himself and his resources to helping others create peaceful, sustainable methods for living healthier, happier lives.
