Viking Range Corporation Names Regional Sales Manager For Commercial Line

Viking Range Corporation recently appointed William L. Dolan as Commercial Products Division Regional Sales Manager.



Bringing more than 30 years experience to the position, Dolan led the sales management, training and product development initiative at Alto-Shaam, Inc. He previously spearheaded the Vulcan Hart premier industry training kitchen and redesigned the White House and Blair House commercial kitchens.



Dolan holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Dayton and has completed professional training programs at Hobart, Cornell University, Johnson and Wales and AMA. Dolan is a member of Le Club des Chefs des Chefs as well as HFM, SFM, NACUFS, ASHFSA, FCSI and FIA.



In his new role, Dolan will be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for the Commercial Products Division of Viking Range Corporation. His territory will consist of the Northeast region of the U.S., including New York.

This past February, Viking debuted its commercial product line at the NAFEM show held in Orlando, Fla. The commercial product line will be exhibited at the upcoming National Restaurant Association (NRA) show in Chicago, Ill. where Viking Commercial will be awarded the prestigious 2009 NRA Kitchen Innovations� Award for Modular Range and Suite Design.
