VINCENTI RISTORANTE INVITES GUESTS TO CELEBRATE MOTHERS DAY WEEKEND WITH SPRING COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS AND LUNCHEON
Chef Nicola Mastronardi and restaurateur Maureen Vincenti will present a special spring day cooking class and luncheon Saturday, May 10, at Vincenti Ristorante, 11930 San Vicente Boulevard, Los Angeles, California.
The event, ideal for celebrating Mothers Day weekend, will present famed Chef Mastronardi of Vincenti Ristorante in a series of cooking demonstrations followed by an elegant and refreshing lunch. We invite our guests to meet Chef Nicola, relax together, and share a terrific meal, says Maureen, owner of Vincenti Ristorante. We planned the luncheon to coincide with Mothers Day weekend so, of course, weve prepared a menu and demonstrations guaranteed to please all Moms!
The delicious meal, served with wine, will feature a fresh beet salad with green beans and tender burrata cheese, homemade gnocchi with a ragu of lobster, succulent rack of lamb, oven roasted with seasonal vegetables, and a dessert of yogurt Bavarese with pineapple sauce.
The event begins at 11 a.m. and costs $65, which includes lunch, wine, recipes and information package, cooking demonstrations, tax, and gratuity. Seating is limited.
