Warm & Casual - Modern & Vintage: Joey Bellevue Fashions New Look In Drinks, Dishes And Decor

Fallen wood has never been so sustainably sexy. At Joey Bellevue, during their recent makeover, sustainable products take the forefront in accents of North American hickory, fir and Canadian Maple. The restaurant was taken down to its core this past November and launched its new stylish look for the holidays.

After taking a sledge and wedge to the kitchen/dining room wall, it reemerged as the center stage. With the addition of a new bar, guests enjoy libations and nibbles both indoors and outdoors, thanks to sliding walls of glass. Mirrored flat-screen televisions float around the space, which is illuminated with spotlit, warm comforting light.

The Communal Table created from a vertical slab of North American Hickory with a live edge, encourages sipping, nibbling and mingling. A salvaged brick washed wall with an antique finish creates a casual period feel. Columns are wrapped in reclaimed fir planking and the seating is prettified with supple black leather. Table tops are created from harvested Canadian Maple.

Just like in fashion - it is always about the accessories. Joey's has shaken things up by adding several accessories (drinks and dishes) to both the bar and food menus. The Coca Nova Vodka Soda of Smirnoff, coconut vodka, fresh pineapple juice, soda and limoncello slush is alluring. Steak and Sushi, Balsamic Braised Beef Short Ribs, Spicy Italian Flatbread Pizza and sweet treats are being introduced.
