Warwick New York Hotel Wishes Guests 'buona Pasqua' With An Italian Easter Brunch Menu

NEW YORK - March 25, 2013 - The historic Warwick New York Hotel is bringing Italian flare to its Easter festivities this year. The Midtown Manhattan luxury hotel built by William Randolph Hearst invites guests to experience a "Buona Pasqua" Easter Brunch Buffet at Murals on 54, for an Easter menu rich with traditional Italian cuisine.

The lavish buffet will start with Bruschetta With Tomatoes, Red Onions, Garlic and a Pesto Spread, Italian Cured Meat Antipasto, Maine Lobster Tail With Limoncello and Butter Sauce, and Steamed Clams and Mussels in an Arrabiatta Sauce. Entr�es include Roasted Lamb With an Orange Demi Glaze Sauce, Eggplant and Zucchini Parmigiano With Vodka Sauce; and Chicken Rollatini With Goat Cheese, Spinach, Ham, and Spinach Fettuccini in a Marsala Sauce. Desserts include Mini Canoli, Mini Tiramisu and Napoleon Slices. Doors will open from 12:30 to 4 p.m. The buffet is priced at $65 per person.
