Well-known Las Vegas chef and TV personality Marco Porceddu has been the food and wine editor at KVVU-TV, Channel 5 for the past two years. When Steve Wynn opened Treasure Island, he hired Chef Marco as executive chef at Francesco Italian restaurant. Porceddu has consulted for over 7 years, opening his own full service consulting firm, Clearpoint Restaurant Solutions. Clearpoint's clients have included Fortune 500 companies to trendy boutique restaurants such as Amarone: Kitchen & Wine and Fred Segal's Mauro Caf� in Los Angeles.
