Willow Rd. Opening In November

Willow Rd. is an American bistro from hospitality duo Doug Jacob and Will Malnati and will feature the simple, flavorful and locally sourced cooking of Executive Chef Colby Wood, former Sous Chef at Le Bernardin. Set in NYC's Meatpacking District and facing the Highline, Willow Rd. is located at 85 10th Avenue between 15th and 16th streets in what was the original John Dory restaurant. The space is being reimagined by New World Design, who also served as the design firm for ABC Kitchen. Open for lunch, dinner and late night, the menu will feature American classics and seasonal dishes, complemented by a thoughtfully selected wine and beer list, along with outstanding cocktails.

Doug Jacob is the CEO of advertising agency JWalk, and the former investor of famed nightclub Tenjune. Will Malnati is a former General Manager of EMM Group, which includes restaurants Abe & Arthur's and Catch, along with lounges Tenjune, SL and Catch Roof; Will also comes from a family of restaurateurs, who were the proprietors of Chicago's beloved pizza chain, Lou Malnati's.
