Wilshire Offers All-weekend Valentine's Day With A La Carte Menu

WILSHIRE restaurant is offering their entire dinner menu on Valentine's Day, Monday, February 14, 2011, enabling guests not interested in an obligatory prix fixe evening to enjoy their own selections from Chef Andrew Kirschner's seasonal menu. Kirschner's signature Kumamoto Oysters Dynamite; Tahitian Squash Ravioli with Brown Butter, Sage, Parmesan, Crispy Kale, and Hazelnuts; a Whole Fried Thai Snapper with Soba Noodles; Duck Leg Confit with Quinoa, Chanterelles, Swiss Chard and Huckleberry Sauce are among the many dinner selections.

And to make Valentine's celebrations more convenient, WILSHIRE is accepting reservations for both Friday lunch and dinner, and Saturday dinner in addition to Monday's Valentine's Day lunch and dinner service.
