Food Network stars Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay will take part in one-on-one video calls, via Skype, the global Internet communications company that allows unlimited free voice and video communication between Skype users, with one lucky fan each winning the chance to speak with the super star chefs about holiday entertaining.

These unique "Seasons Eatings" call sessions will be auctioned on eBay, from November 23, 2006 to December 3, 2006. One-hundred percent of auction proceeds will be donated to Share Our Strength-an organization, which since 1984, has led the fight against hunger and poverty by inspiring individuals and businesses to share their strengths. Entertaining enthusiasts will be bidding on the chance to have 10-minute voice and video calls with world-renowned chefs Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay. The calls will take place on December 7, 2006. Mr. Lagasse and Mr. Flay will conduct the calls from Food Network's studios in New York City.
