Winter Fancy Food Show Shares Top Honor Named Fastest-growing Association Trade Show By Trade Show News Network

The Winter Fancy Food Show from the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade (NASFT) has been named the fastest growing association trade show in attendance by Trade Show News Network.

The NASFT shared the top spot in the 2nd Annual TSNN Event Excellence Awards with the Institute of Food Technologists Annual Meeting and Food Expo. The awards were presented November 5 in Washington, D.C.

"This award is a true honor for our exhibitors, who consistently present new and innovative specialty foods and beverages to key buyers from around the world who use our show to start each year with great ideas and products," says NASFT President Ann Daw.
The show was selected from a field of 20 association trade shows across all industries. "This award proves that during tough economic times that people are supporting the specialty food industry," says Rachel Wimberly, editor in chief of TSNN.

The next Winter Fancy Food Show is on track to be the largest ever in attendance and square footage. It will take place Jan.15 - 17, 2012, at Moscone Center in San Francisco. Now in its 37th year, the show is expected to attract more than 17,000 buyers from across the U.S. and around the world. With exhibitors from 35 countries and regions and 80,000 products, the show is the largest marketplace devoted exclusively to specialty foods and beverages on the West Coast.
