Winter Is On The Menu At Nage Of Scott Circle: Nage Debuts The Winter 2007 Menu

Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald knew the pleasures of dancing cheek to cheek, and now as a dish on Nage Restaurant of Scott Circle's winter menu, diners are getting cheeky. "Cheek to Cheek", one of the latest creations by Chef & Co-Owner Kevin Reading is a hearty winter dish featuring braised veal cheek and a roasted halibut cheek with a roasted beet gastrique.

"I love comfort foods, and there is no better season than winter to indulge in the hearty dishes I grew up with," says Chef Reading. The 2007 Winter Menu at Nage features hearty dishes which are both innovative takes on classic comfort foods such as Organic Chicken and Dumplings with Truffled Gnocchi; and Chef Reading's imaginative dishes created to keep diners warm all day, such as the Foie Gras Stuffed Quail and the Charcuterie Plate featuring a house made Duck Rillette and Seared Seafood Sausage.

In addition to the printed menu, Chef Reading will keep dishing out innovative culinary concoctions which will be written daily on Nage's large chalkboard.
