Winter Wine Dinner At Prime - An American Kitchen And Bar

Prime - an American Kitchen and Bar offers winter wine dinners from Sunday through Thursday starting at 5:30 p.m. for $55 per person. The three-course dinner includes unlimited glasses of wine from a rotating selection of eight varietals. The menu prepared by Executive Chef Richard Farnabe is as follows:

FIRST COURSE
*Prime Salad
With mixed greens, apple wood-smoked bacon, warm goat cheese and balsamic dressing
*Risotto
With wild mushrooms, arborio rice, Parmesan and white true oil
SECOND COURSE
*Chilean Sea Bass
Miso-glazed, bok choi, carrots, Chinese long beans and ponzu
*The "Wellington"
Prime filet mignon, filo-wrapped with mixed mushrooms and spinach
THIRD COURSE
*Trio of Chocolate
Chocolate mousse bar, caramel-chocolate tartalette and a chocolate pudding cup
