Southern Roots & Hospitality at National Conference in Atlanta
Louisville, KY-Women Chefs and Restaurateurs (WCR), the nation's leading association representing women in culinary professions, will host a special tribute to the late Miss Edna Lewis at its annual conference in Atlanta, Ga. In celebration of the conference's theme, Southern Roots and Hospitality, WCR will kick off its annual gathering by honoring Miss Lewis's enormous contributions to the preservation of Southern cooking as a chef, restaurateur and cookbook author.
