Women Chefs & Restaurateurs Announces 2004 Scholarship & Internship Program

Women Chefs & Restaurateurs is proud to annouce the 2004 WCR Scholarship and Internship Program.

Through our Scholarship and Internship Program WCR members are not only given the chance to travel abroad to locations such as Austria, France and Italy, they are also finding inspiration with chefs and culinary schools here in the United States. This year WCR offers 38 scholarships and internships in a variety of categories. Many of the WCR scholarship programs are continuing education programs for established chefs. They are unique internships in the kitchens of noted chefs, wine study scholarships and international travel-study opportunities. WCR also offers several culinary school scholarships.

The 2004 WCR Scholarship & Internship opportunities were mailed to WCR members and posted on our web site in January 2004. The deadline for applications is March 31, 2004. The 2004 Scholarship winners will be notified in April and May of 2004.
