Women Chefs & Restaurateurs Founders Celebrate 10th Anniversary

 Culinary legends Barbara Tropp, Lidia Bastianich, Elka Gilmore, Joyce Goldstein, Johanne Killeen, Barbara Lazaroff, Mary Sue Miliken, and Anne Rosenzweig established Women Chefs & Restaurateurs (WCR) in 1993 to promote the education and advancement of women in the restaurant industry and the betterment of the industry as a whole. The association will begin to celebrate its tenth anniversary at the 2003 National Conference, Food For Thought, November 15-17 at the Mark Hopkins Inter-Continental Hotel in San Francisco.
