Zagat #1 Polo Restaurant Serves On Thanksgiving Day

The Polo Restaurant at The Garden City Hotel (45 Seventh Street, Garden City, NY 11530 [516] 877-9352) will host three seatings on Thanksgiving Day at 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for a four-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Steven De Bruyn. The cost of the dinner is $75 per person and $37.50 per child plus tax and service charge. The Thanksgiving Day menu is as follows:

*Mixed Seafood Shepherd's Pie
Topped with potato-celery root pur�e

*Gratin�ed Goat Cheese
With endive salad, apple-smoked bacon lardoons and shallot-mustard vinaigrette

*Long Island Cheese Pumpkin Ravioli
With smoked quail confit, fig balsamic-butter sauce

*Butternut Squash Soup
With pumpkin spice marshmallows

*Pan Seared Salmon
With a white bean ragout, broccoli rabe and roasted fingerling potatoes

*Roasted Muscovy Duck Breast
With saut�ed heirloom apples, braised mustard greens and sweet potato puree in a gingered duck jus
