Yield: 1 drink
INGREDIENTS:
14 ounces ground Brazil Cerrado coffee beans ground for automatic drip
3 ounces vanilla flavored soy milk
METHOD:
Assemble Toddy cold-brew system by placing plug and filter in bottom white portion of apparatus. Pour in Brazil Cerrado grinds. Secure black top and fill to “1 lb” line with cold water. Let sit for 16 hours and drain.
Combine 1 ounce of cold-pressed Brazil Cerrado concentrate with vanilla-flavored soy milk, and serve over ice in 6-ounce rocks glass. Mixture can also be shaken to produce foam for alternate consistency.
