Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1½ ounces Cold River vodka
¾ ounce lime juice
¾ ounce Royal Rose Three Chile simple syrup
Lime wedge
Soda water

METHOD:

Combine vodka, lime juice, and chile syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into 10-ounce Collins glass. Fill with fresh ice. Top with soda water and lime wedge.
