Re-Animator: Homage to the Zombie Cocktail

Yield: 1 Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
¾ ounce lime juice 
1 ounce  1:1Demerara syrup syrup
⅛ teaspoon  Cholula hot sauce 
2 dashes  Angostura bitters 
1¾ ounces  house-made ginger beer 
½ ounce  green Chartreuse 
½ ounce  Lemon Hart Demerara rum 151
2½  ounces 100-proof La Favorite Rhum Agricole Blanc
Freshly grated nutmeg 
Carved Lime wedge 
3 black and red cocktail picks 
METHOD:
Measure the lime juice, Demerara syrup, hot sauce, bitters, ginger beer, Chartreuse, rum, rum agricole, and a small pinch of nutmeg into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, shake well, and strain into a 15-ounce tiki mug. Garnish the top of the cocktail with freshly grated nutmeg. Over the nutmeg, arrange a carved lime wedge horizontally on its side. Insert 3 black and red cocktail picks into the lime wedge so they resembles voodoo pins coming out of the top.
