Bolo's passion fruit sangria & simple syrup

Yield: 6-8 glasses
INGREDIENTS:
2 bottles dry white wine
3/4 cup brandy
1/2 cup triple sec
3/4 cup simple syrup (see recipe)
3/4 cup passion fruit puree or juice
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 oranges, sliced into thin rounds
2 green apples, cored and sliced thinly
2 lemons, sliced into thin rounds
1 cup fresh blackberries, sliced into halves

3/4 cup water
3/4 cup granulated sugar
METHOD:
Combine the ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate,
covered for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve over ice

Bring water and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat and cook until the sugar has melted. Let cool to room temperature.
