White Negroni

Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1½ ounces London dry gin
¾ ounces Dolin blanc vermouth
¾ ounces Salers gentian liqueur
grapefruit twist
METHOD:
In a beaker with ice, combine gin, vermouth, and Salers Gentiane. Stir until chilled and properly diluted. Strain into rocks glass with large cube of ice. Express grapefruit twist and garnish.
