Sherried Old Fashioned

Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

Cracked ice
1.5 ounces Belle Meade bourbon
0.5 ounce Nectar Pedro Ximénez Sherry
1 heavy dash of Bitter Truth aromatic bitters
1 large ice cube
orange peel

METHOD:

In a pint glass filled with cracked ice, combine Bourbon, Sherry, and bitters. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with ice cube. Garnish with orange peel.
