INGREDIENTS:

1¾ ounces Highland Park 12-year single malt scotch whisky
½ ounce orgeat
½ ounce melletti amaro
¼ ounce orange curaçao
½ ounce lime juice
Freshly grated nutmeg
lime twist

METHOD:

Combine the Scotch, orgeat, amaro, orange Curacao, and lime in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with nutmeg and lime twist.
