Yield: 1 Cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces Rye Whiskey 
½ ounce Averna amaro 
¼ ounce St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram  
2 dashes Angostura bitters 
1 whole piece star anise 
METHOD:
Shake the whiskey, amaro, dram, and bitters in a shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the star anise.
