INGREDIENTS:

dash orange bitter mix (50:50 blend Regans Orange Bitters No. 6 and Fee Brothers Orange Bitters)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 ounce Lustau Amontillado Sherry
1 ounce Grand Marnier
1 ounce Lustau East India Solera Sherry
1 ounce Russells 6-year rye
lemon peel

METHOD:

In a chilled shaker filled with ice, combine orange and Angostura bitters, Amontillado Sherry, Grand Marnier, East India Solera Sherry, and rye. Stir until desired temperature and dilution is reached. Strain with a julep strainer into a chilled coupe glass. Express the oils of the lemon peel over the drink. Discard peel.
