Yield: 1 cocktail

INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce Lairds applejack
2 dashes cider vinegar
3 drops coriander berry tincture
Lime rind

METHOD:

In a shaker, combine the Aperol, applejack, vinegar, and tincture. Stir to combine. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with oil expressed from lime rind; discard rind.
