Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1½ ounces Citadelle gin
1½ ounces American Fruits apple liqueur
½ ounce lemon juice
¼ ounce Demerara syrup
2 dashes galangal tincture
Half shiso leaf
1 Granny Smith apple, hollowed out and frozen
METHOD:
Combine gin, apple liqueur, lemon juice, syrup, tincture, and shiso in a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain into apple.
