The Lady in Blue

Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 ounces Beefeater gin
.75 ounce lemon juice
.5 ounce simple syrup
2 to 3 drops orange flower water
.25 ounce crème de Violette
Blue curacao
Edible flower petals
METHOD:
Combine the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, orange flower water, and Crème de Violette in a mixing glass with ice. Shake. Pour into a coupe glass. Finish by pouring Blue Curacao down the side of the drink so that it settles onto the bottom of the glass. Float edible flower petals on top and serve.
