Yield: 1 cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1 ounce Old Forrester bourbon
.5 ounce Cointreau
7 dashes Angostura bitters
7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Champagne
METHOD:
Combine the bourbon, Cointreau, and bitters in a glass with ice. Stir and serve, topping with Champagne.
